“Maria” a short story I wrote for Salon Noir.

On September 1st, I was very honored to be asked to read at an event called, “Salon Noir: The Victorian Parlour Party.”  http://www.morbidoutlook.com/salonnoir/

It was a gothic event with artists, poets, and musicians to share their work. I wrote “Maria” exclusively for this event.

It is the first time I’ve ever written in that style. The inspiration came from the works of Mary Shelley and Edgar Allan Poe. Enjoy!
